Seminyak guests book yoga differently from anywhere else we teach. In Canggu it's surfers and nomads; in Seminyak it's couples and friend-groups on proper holiday — villas with private pools off Jalan Kayu Aya, hotel suites near Petitenget, and a firm intention to balance last night's cocktails with this morning's sun salutations. We respect the assignment.
The most-booked class in Seminyak by far is the couples session: IDR 550.000 for two, on your own pool deck, at whatever pace the morning requires. Honeymooners often add a breathwork session later in the week — it photographs less well than partner poses, but it's the one they message us about afterwards.
Holiday Yoga, Done Properly
A holiday is the worst time to fight traffic to a studio and the best time to actually progress: you're rested, unhurried and consistent for a week straight. A private teacher uses that. Tell us your level — total beginner included, the 5-class beginner course fits neatly into a Seminyak week — and we'll design a simple arc for your stay rather than seven disconnected classes.
Morning slots (08:00–11:00) suit the Seminyak rhythm best, after breakfast and before the beach club. Sunset classes on the villa rooftop, with the call to prayer drifting over Petitenget, are the sleeper hit nobody expects to love as much as they do.
Where in Seminyak We Teach
All of Seminyak and its borders: Petitenget, Oberoi, Drupadi, Laksmana, Double Six on the Legian side, and the Umalas lanes heading inland. We also cover neighbouring Kuta and Legian hotels and the Berawa side of the river — same rates, no travel surcharge.
